My name is Nate and I am extremely passionate about fitness.  I have been certified NASM CPT since 2016 and been designing health and fitness related programs for more than 15 years (since 2003).  I’m certified in Small Group Training and am a Desert Storm Veteran.

I’ve been featured in Muscle & Fitness Magazine and have a diploma in Personal Training from Heritage College.  My favorite workout is core training and the best bit of advice that I always give my PT clients is to “eat right & train hard!”.   Some of my specialties are; Program designs, functional training, injury prevention, disciplined & highly motivational.

My name is Laura and I have always had a passion for fitness.  I grew up as a dancer and equestrian athlete.  I’ve been a nationally certified trainer since 2005 and graduated with a bachelors degree in Health & Exercise Science in 2006.  My philosophy is to help my clients develop a love for living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.

As a mom of three young children and an athlete whose had her share of injuries, she understands how difficult it can be to balance being a parent and keeping your body fit.  I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and lots of support, anyone can achieve their goals.
